Joni Patry discusses the September 26 full moon in Pisces, which is conjunct Neptune and opposite the Sun in Virgo. The creator emphasizes themes of deception, illusions, and a pervasive "victim mentality" among the population, contrasting Neptune's delusion with Saturn's reality. She also analyzes the influence of Mars in Cancer debilitated, Ketu in Leo, and the conjunction of Venus and Mercury in Libra, suggesting a need for taking personal responsibility and moving toward global peace.

• The September 26 full moon in Pisces is conjunct Neptune, highlighting deception, deceit, and things that cannot be seen.
• People are described as being "out of control" and playing the victim, blaming external factors like family, government, or partners instead of taking responsibility.
• The Sun in Virgo contributes to excessive criticism and an over-focus on minor details rather than the big picture.
• Ketu in Leo (at 5°) indicates heavy influences regarding losses in leadership, government issues, and the potential loss of someone in power.
• Mars in Cancer (debilitated from Sept 18 to Nov 12) causes family disintegration and anger, especially when aligning with Jupiter and looking at Pluto in Capricorn regarding economic and governmental controls.
• Venus and Mercury are together in Libra, signaling a move toward peace and an awareness of past confusion.
• The full moon is positioned between Neptune (illusion) and Saturn (reality), marking a time to wake up to reality and trust less what is being told by authorities.
• The alignment of Mars and Jupiter (Jupiter exalted in Cancer) offers hope and spiritual uplift, particularly as Jupiter crosses the previous eclipse degree at the end of September.
